Here is a brief description of the services we offer, to help you make an informed decision of how best to revitalize your asphalt parking lot or driveway.
Crack Filling
Crack filling is the process of heating flexible molten rubber to fill and bind cracks, stopping the further spread of cracks and preventing water from penetrating below the asphalt. We squeegee the rubber directly into the crack and leave a smooth and seamless surface, free of ridges or bumps.
Seal Coating
Seal coating the process of applying coal-tar based sealcoat to asphalt. The sealer is a liquid emulsion of coal-tar and sand. The sealer starts as a liquid and cures and hardens, stopping water from seeping into the asphalt and deteriorating the pavement. The sand gives the cured sealer grit and traction.
For residential driveways the sealer is applied by brush, ensuring total coverage of every pore.
For commercial parking lots the edges and sensitive areas are brushed by hand also known as "cutting in" (just like when painting) the remainder areas are sprayed using our " All-American" spray process.
Line Striping
Line striping is the process of painting lines and other markers onto the asphalt to direct traffic and help organize parking. We offer custom layouts and abide by ADA standards, giving you the most parking spaces possible. We offer custom stencil work and coloring. We use the highest quality traffic paint to stand up to the high demands of heavy traffic. Highly visible paint not only makes your parking lot 'POP' but also makes it safer for pedestrians and vehicles alike.
